Once we receive your request form we will prepare your Custom Order Form Fundraiser Agreement. This agreement will list all the items you have selected, the pricing information,colors and imprint and minimums for each item. The agreement will also include questions we will need answered to prepare your custom order form. There is a $85 order form prep fee which is CREDITED back upon close of a successful sale when minimums are met.
